navigon bad service

hi just thought i would let people know what bad service navigon gave

me ,upgraded software on the 9/7/05 had no reply from them to comfirm
purchase and to let me know were to send old software,had to ring them at £1.50a minute to get address ,waited two weeks still no contact had to ring yet again to find out when software will be dispatched was told there did not know and to ring back in a week, rang again to get the same reply.
still waiting for software a month later will give one more week before start proseedings for a refund and purchase tom tom 5 instead.
has any one else had same problem
