My speciality is not hacknig the registry on pocket pc devices.. I'm sure that there are people out there that are good at looking into what reg keys that TT has and how we can change these to "customise" TT5. After all since TT has taken away some of the customisation, I'm sure that some clever forum readers can get some useful changes.

Next point, if i were to have a look at the resgistry, I'd like to do it remotly if possible from the comfort of my desktop PC. What is the best tool to do this?

VNC will do it. Operate the PPC desktop remotely on your PeeCee via ethernet (ActiveStync). However it's a significant security risk if VNC is also listening to Wifi and BT, or if you connect to an untrusted ethernet.
