map upgrade

Hi all

I have just recieved my map upgrade but have encounted a problem.
I have put in all the information it asked for but it is telling me it is the wrong activation code. yet it is the one that came up off the www.ttcode.com site
any help would be appreciated

You'll need to email tomtom i think. There have been maps issued with the wrong codes.
I had the same issue, emailed them proof of uprgade, product code etc and had a very quick response

Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?.
Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
