V3 Missing Towns/Cities

In V3 SmartST Desktop advanced features (running on my PC) it is possible to find a city or town - and this works well. BUT when using my iCN630 when I try setting destination to a City or Town Centre most of the towns/cities shown on the desktop are missing fom the list the iCN displays.

But if I set the iCN destination to a street address (in one of the "missing" towns) then when I go to the town field in "to a street address" those missing towns are magically listed.

Seems like a problem with the Set Destination to Town or City function. Is this just me or is it a common problem?

Mine seems to work OK. Give me an example of a town/city that you cannot find under City/Town Centre.

First - when I was in Italy about 6 months back, using V2 software it worked fine on "go to town"

Second. Now back in Australia the system cannot find on "goto town" large cities like Benalla, Wanagrratta, Bright, Geelong, Albury etc.

But it can find street addresses within those towns - strange.

I wonder if it is a short comming of the maps themselves?
