same for me both orders are now just authorised no warehouse and no chance me thinks of getting them

tomtom did say that my order shipped but ups still says billing received which doesn't mean that it has left the warehouse. so don't despair. ups might be sending a special truck to tomtom and get a bulk of upgrades.

I am now wondering how many copies of TT5 they made availabe, had they anticipated such a large takeup of the upgrade. only just ordered mine, hmmmm will it be processed as just saying new at present.

If your order on the main order screen in tomtoms pages is missing the 'warehouse' status click on the orange authorised link and it will bring up a second page with further details.
My order has authorised but no location on it. I clicked on the authorised link and find that my upgrade is now shipped. |

Hope that means it really on its way, although why the shipping status should change to " " after Shipped I don't understand. Anyway fingers crossed.

Ok mine is now partially shipped whatever that means at 5.59pm today.
Wont hold my breath though does that me only half of my upgrade is on its way ! Or the whole of the upgrade but its not fully shipped yet ie not at all. What CR4P info they give you  ! |

my warehouse status has also recently changed in the ladt few hours to nothing at all, and on the more detailed scrren when you click on the order number it is blank.
oder number 549xxx. Ordered 11pm 1st June.....

My status went from warehouse to blank but if you go into the details and click on the orange "authorised" the details show it has been shipped. An email appeared 6 hours later saying it had been shipped and the imte of shipping is the same time as when it went blank. So balnk seems like good news.

| I got a confirmation email at 1am this morning say that myorder had shipped, and the UPS tracking number. order number 549xxx. I'm mauch happeri, although not as happy as when it arrives in time for my honeymoon (1.5 weeks away). |
