So I Take from previous threads, as I already have that postcode software that used to be available on here, I already have TT5 if the maps have not been updated, it looks like time to go for a different software, I find TT3 acceptable in my area but I certainly do not trust it.
I was hoping TT5 was going to sort out all the problems.

Hi all,

My worry about all this is as posted in other places as follows:

My TomTom 3 has not a lot of new settlements and lots of unnamed roads/streets. But with my Postcode finder program I can situate the point in the map and at least to have some clue.

Does the same the postcodes for TTG? I mean new settlements postcodes can be situated in the map even when they are not in the map as streets? Or just it gives the situation of postcodes linked to known streets/roads?

Surely everybody knows a few postocodes for areas still not in the map, could you chek some of them? In my area is a new settlement that in TomTom 3 appears as private roads, postcodes are RG224FE - FF. Streetmaps situate the postcode, as my program does, just in midle of nowhere.
