I have recently bought a wired GPS adapter and wish to stick the antenna to my windscreen. I have tried two types of clear double sided tape but as soon as it gets hot the glue melts and it falls off. Whats the best product for this purpose?
Thanks |

use the rear-view mirrot glue. Available at Halfords and other motorist shops. Get the loctite one though and not the own brand. |

There really isn't any good reason to do this that I can think of. What are you trying to achieve? |

You can normally place the unit on the dash at the bottom corner of the screen, this works fine, use velcro, this can be bought with stick tape backing, and also the lead can then be taken back to the trim next to the door and hidden under it and then behind the dash to the unit.
MAKE SURE IF HIDING WIRES not to interfere with the AIRBAG operation in any way. |
