RJ11 adapter

I current use a Holux supermouse (PS2 style connector) with a Ipaq 3650 which is on it's last legs and have changed this for a HP4150 but need a cable adaptor from the PS2 style plug to a RJ11 to plug into the Tomtom holder that I have for the car (I know I could go bluetooth but still want to use the Holux until I fork out for a Bluetooth receiver)
Does anyone know where I can get the adapter from?

You could cut the PS2 style connector and crimp the RJ11 on directly. Probably the cleanest solution
