Going to US and thought I'd buy the USA maps. All looks fine but I'm having trouble finding addresses in the same way I do in the UK.
I can't get any postcodes to work (zip codes), and many of the addresses are on the map but I can't pick them from the menu.
For example, wanted to map from Tampa International Airport to Dundee Ln on Anna Maria Island FL. I can see both on the map, but if I did not know where they were I can't get the 510 to help me find them....
I pick Destination, Country is [USA], Region is [Florida], Postcode is [Any Postcode], Town is [Anna Maria, Branderton], I go to road....but there is no listing for Dundee Ln I tried adding the number....

Its a pain in the butt to search the way your doing it, I have the same trouble in AZ as there are lots of choices for city\town. I however have no problem doing the same thing and arizona and then zip code and finding the road or the house number on my unit.
For example to find my old house address in california:
-- select destination - adress
-- select state
-- select zip code (example 90713)
-- select road
-- select house no. 5001
this finds it pretty quick and the best I have found to do lookups.
However, with that in mind, there are still some area's even in AZ that do not show up and are not mapped, for example, we go to Deer Valley Airport. The airport, 101 loop freeway etc are not even mapped for this, I can see the 101 freeway not being mapped, its fairly new, however the airport was there since 1960! geez...

I tried adding the number.... 
So I'm not doing much wrong - just the one I piced on has no road listed at all (but is on the map) and no zip codes look to work :x
