You could try running the Clear Flash utility on the device, although when the memory did a similar disapearing act in my One XL it didn't fix it - worth a try for a start see This#14

And as we have said many times before, favourites should be treated as a temporary notepad for throwaway addresses. anything you wish to keep and re-use should be saved in a custom POI group.
