It's here, 3.30pm 10th Jan. so that's 10 working days from ordering. 15days including public holidays and weekends. Not bad, not great. Would not put me off ordering from TomTom again.

I have used my One almost everyday since Dec 28th and it has not switched itself off. I had to do a reset once when I did the first full battery cycle as it would not switch on.

mine locked up after draining the battery completly for the first time. no problems since. pressing the reset did not get ride of any of my personal settings
