Hi sussamb, just carried out two random Speed Tests here are the results which mean nothing to me Sad

Test 1. Ping 59ms Download 0.52Mbps Upload 0.28 Mbps

Test 2. Ping 896 Download 0.79 ...

Ok,its now been 9 hours since my OP and it is still saying 1hr 20min remaining, we are on a site with free wifi so could the slow download speed be the problem?

Last year I bought TT Nav5 with Western Europe maps all on CDs as well as the USA maps which came on an SD card.

We visited Florida for our first time in Sept 06 and the USA maps worked ...
