Hi,
I've been offered this today, went to download and install, and I have the website recognising I have a GO LIVE 1005, and the download text saying "except go live 1005/1015"

Am I missing somet ...

yes all software (unit and mytomtom is the latest), and it is my laptop.

Thanks Hummer I didn't realise that, I thought they had to be connected up for the download to happen at all.
However, the download it self appears to have happened, but nearly 2 hours later and aft ...
