so a hard rest is what is referred to as a "normal" reset??
instructions on the update site state
5. Remove the iPAQ from the cable/cradle and perform a normal reset on the iPAQ Pocket PC.

He followed the instructions as given and installed to the default location (which in everycase I've used it, is the ipaq memory and not the SD card). The instructions state a normal reset...I (and he ... |

I raved on about TT2 to one of my friends...must have been good as he went out the next day and bought it for his 3970.
However, he can't get it to run....

I did eventaully receive a replacement car charger for the brodit mount and car kit that I ordered..only problem is...they replaced the unit with an equally useless charger that also doesn't work :cr ... |

I also ordered a brodit kit for my BMW, the whole thing arrived in a few days no problem except that the charger was damaged and wont lock into place, so if I go over a bump in the road it falls out.
