Have you checked with autocom about the drop in volume when fitting the reb/black splitter it doesnt sound right that it should have that noticeable effect .

Did you calculate the Shortest or the Quickest route? It looks like you got the shortest one because the quickest should have routed you via the Naas road and then the M50.
