Just a final thought on this topic, my Halfords PNA 100 came with detailed street maps of the whole of europe. Sometimes these are extras. Depends if you have a need for them

Have you activated the storage card?
The maps (UK) is on the card, without that you won't get anywhere.
Seem to recall that the instruction book details how to, can't remember but its a 'once only ' ... |
