Halfords replaced my 310D because of the no TMC data being recieved issue.
My TMC now works! In my case at least, it is difficult to say whether the problem was RAC Trafficmaster being unavailable ...
You do have an unlock code in the box the the Europe Maps although its quite had to find! Look for the yellow slip with the bar code at the bottom - just above it ...
I have a Nuvi 310 using latest firmware 2.3 and POI LOader 2.21 but cannot get the speed cameras onto it. I have tried all the garmin csv downloads but get the following error message in POI Loader:
