It sounds as if your computer does not have any software for opening ZIP files and it is defaulting to Real Player as the software for opening the file which is obviously incorrect.

£330 seems to be the going rate.
if you go to Comet though, you get a free extra car cradle which is worth about £30.

The cheapest I have been able to find it is at £30 at UK Satnav. If you register you get a voucher for £2.50 which you can use making it £27.50.
I think it still works out cheaper to buy from Tom T ... |

I did read an article somewhere (can't remeber where) recently about this.
I am sure it said the downloads were only about 20k max so cost wise it is not very expensive.
