Been running tomtom on it for a while.. yes the reception could be better.. but it works..
the volume is fine for me.. maybe my ears are funny :D |

Have an A3 never had a problem with either of my 2 chargers.
It might be just a rubbishly made car charger.. try buying an original motorola one 4 ur phone. |

ok if its the Medion PPC 200 then.. tomtom 5 works but very well.. tomtom 3 is better.. but for 5 the settings are

Firstly, reprogram your receiver to include the GPGSA sequence. Set the receiver to NMEA 4800.
thanks.. but not sure how to do the highlited bit above.. but have set it to NMEA 4800. |

My hardware: Medion MDPPC 200 & Realtec wired receiver.
software: upfraded to Tomtom Nav 5 from 3.
Ritst off the GPS lock seems to take a lot longer than from nav 3, and if I accidently discon ... |

but..but.. the pds buttons were a really good feature.. as I could switch off sound.. and start end tom tom by just pressing a button while drivingg rather than faff around with ... |

I just moved from Nav 3 to 5, and on 3 you can have the front softkeys on a PDA assigned to do set tasks in tom tom navigator.
