I have just bought this built in satnav unit but there are no safety cameras on it. Is it possible to burn a CD with the data on and load it to the Pioneer?

I am thinking of buying the nuvi 660 as I believe you can set it for what type of vehicle you are. BUT--does this mean it knows you are a bus or lorry and not send you down daft roads?
