I had same problem and reset my TT and it detected - kept doing it every time I connected USB and fed up resetting so contacted TT support - they sent me an 'exec file' to remove a reg entry and ever ...

Ummm.... I hope not - a database for them that is - best way to avoid them is....by a TAX disc...principle same - just like speed cameras...
