| For info my mapshare problem is resolved & they were offered to me at last tonight. I've not reset , made any changes or been in touch with support, so could suggest the problem was at the TT serv ... |

| I have exactly the same issue with a 520 purchased yesterday. Mapshare message to say 41 Weeks worth of updates but none are offered when I click to update device. |

I've had something similar but don't think it was a bug in my case.
Today I had a traffic event flagged on my route of 0 minutes delay.
When I viewing the detail it was many minutes of delay.

Mine did work out of the box , just not everywhere.
I'm not saying it's right but I think manufacturers are covered by putting on the packaging "*Subject to coverage".
They should at least war ... |
