I don't think you get a choice. Most Android navigation apps seem to insist on using the internal SD card. I think NDrive and Sygic Aura are the same. |

OK I've sussed it out. You have to turn on the GPS Simulator in System first. A bit more complicated. Also, it's a shame you don't seem able to simulate the route at a faster speed than 'real time'.
