based on a previous post I've found it is very easily repeated.
Go into volume preferences.
Set volume to 100%
untick 'link volume to noise level'
Select 'Test'
Speaker vibrates like mad, sta ... |

Just got mine delivered for PCWB today, I've already filled in the online returns form.
Using hands free at max volume the speaker vibrates horendously.
On directions it only vibrates intermittent ... |

I wasn't basing the calculation on constant download, it's based on the assumption that 1 traffic update is around 40k and updating every 15 minutes would be around 160K an hour.

£7.50 per MB for Vodafone PAYG
4 * 40k per hour = 160k per hour
