been a long time user of tomtom but had to buy new one so thought i'd have a change and bought the nuvi 250.

although it seems fine, i can't see any setting so it will display milage to destination ...

unfortunately i have no rear screen.
its a van.
strangely enough, its fine on the side windows, just not on the front windscreen.

i've been happpily running my axim 5 with tomtom3 and my ledtek internal reciever but purchased a new vehicle over the weekend.
it has slightly tinted windows and i can't pick up more than 3 satellit ...

i'm using an axim5

i've done a backup from the programs on the ppc and copied over all contents from the CF card to the SD card.

what program do you recommend for backing up everything else?

think you will hard to perform a hard reset first.

depress the soft reset button and the power button at the same time.
then it will load back to the original status.

if you don't, then you have an iffy connection and that'll be why

i got done on a mobile speed camera doing 40mph in a 30mph.
i have the speed camera stuff on my pda and it works great.
it wasn't a fixed camera however.
it was one of those cameras which the polic ...
