what is the best way to go about doing a full backup on the ppc?

including main memory and registery. the whole lot and everything that is on a CF card.

basically, if my ppc goes down on the roa ...

i've done a backup from the programs on the ppc and copied over all contents from the CF card to the SD card.

what program do you recommend for backing up everything else?
