I had the same problem took it back and exchanged it for another one which has been fine. Though the first one had v8 maps and the new one only v7 grrrr :x |

sometimes removing the card and baterries then replacing them may solve this |

thanks for the advice guys, I exchanged it for another unit and is now fine. Upgraded to v2.7 and added POI's with no problem. Must just have been a faulty unit.

To reset I3 hold down left and centre wheel buttons, then turn on.
Hope this helps, make a note of any favourites first though!!! |
