It is most unlikely that it is full, it seems that the card is not being read for some reason.
Plan A is to turn the unit off, remove the card and restart it.
Turn off, replace the card and turn on ...

yes the Navman 520 has a stylus, but many inputs can be made with the finger.
Sometimes the fingernail is more accurate!

However, it also expects input from the passenger, not driver - unle ...
