Use POILoader.
Note, if you use the Speed Camera Database then you need to ADD them to the Database files in one folder on your PC and upload the lot with POILoader in one go.

| I've downloaded the file then unzipped it to my device but couldn't find them. Not sure what I've done wrong there. Do I just unzip them to my device or do I go through the POI loader? Cheers |

No it's from the PGPSW site (i.e. here Once you have subscribed you have to choose the database in 2 steps, the first is Garmin POILoader and then the second is Consolidated.
