Hi Mike, its the Treo 750v

Does TT6 still have this background running/GPS hogging issue?

All I can say is that TT is shut doen, and after a soft reset COM 4 still does not appear in MM.

I have Tomtom 6 working fine on COM 4, but in MM all I can select is COM 3, 7, and 6, none of which will work with TomTom

Just got the dell, and it only allows me to set COM 7 or COM 8, and I can not get MM to allow me to set either of those, only choices are COM 1 through to BT UART on Com 5, none of those wo ...

Now don't get me wrong, I love this 6500 XL which looks like it is going to only cost me £219 all in!!

Forgive my ignorance, but if one hated the inbuilt software, can you put TomTom or Co-Pilot or whatever on there?

I have had the full CP4 setup but did not much like the software (sorry!).
