Just downloaded the latest cameras. Do I need to delete the existing OV2 and bitmap files before I paste the fresh ones in the map file?

Hi Ian
You need to start Checkpoint 1st. Tick the box to automically start Tomtom when Checkpoint is activated. |

Looks a bit complicated to me (beginner), is there an easier way to get TTN3 running again. If I reinstall from cd will it revert to version 3.01 or can I install maps only.

Do I re-install maps from cd to storage card as TT will not open following upgrade or can I re-activate maps already installed?

Thanks David W, hard reset did the trick. Luckily I have Sprite backup and although I have never used it before it seems to have got me going again.

| Ipaq 5550 running TTN3, typed in postcode (ukpostcode) and navigator screen just hung for 5 mins. Tried soft reset and now have dark blue screen!! How do I proceed? Thanks in advance. |

1. Downloaded directly from digitools to desktop
2. Extract all files to new folder on desktop
3. Connected ipaq 5550 with TTN3 via activesync
