Has anyone been onto trading standards re the non-delivery of the live traffic functionality in CoPilot 5 or am I going to have to do it ? Where's that Ponderous bloke when you need him ?

It's never done that for me without manual intervention (i.e. tapping the detour button). I kind of like the idea that it would/could though.

...also, I'm currently on 5.0.1.30. According to ALK's support page .48 is only relevant to pre .22 versions - so there's no point in upgrading right ?

I'm unclear as to whether or not .48 includes real time traffic or if it's still 'coming soon' ? (I realise that there's a dedicated board for this issue BTW, but this one seems to be more active)

I upgraded to Copilot 5 ( from 3.5) at Christmas and so far it is peforming worse than the older version. e.g.

Sometimes it just won't start. Reset required - maybe more than one - before it fires ...
