Seems that I can return my 950 to the shop now as the 940 works just as well and has more features!

It seems that it was a map issue!

I downloaded the new Western Europe map today and everything is working fine now.

How odd!

I am glad that it isn't just me.

Could someone with a 940 with Navcore 9 confirm that they see HD Traffic in the list of services please?

I have tried using Navcore 9.024 but the problems remain.

When I try to use HD Traffic I am told: -

"You need a subscription for this TomTom Service (your current subscription may have expired). ...

After doing a reset of settings, everything works except HD Traffic.

It tells me that I require a valid subscription, yet it works fine on Navcore 8.

I too am having the same problem with Navcore 9 on 940: -

Warning: There is something wrong with your SIM card. Please contact TomTom customer support.

Error Code: 1008

Everything else works ...

That's very interesting as my S-Max also has automatic wipers & headlights, so I wonder if your issue is related to mine?

When running on 940, you get the new status bar.

In addition, you get the new animations when changing screens etc.
