as much as i love the look of it, I have to agree with the previous post.

more time should be spent getting the useful stuff right like traffic, and actual road speeds.

A quick questionf or you electronics types out there - will these 'boosters' do the same as the amplifier, and are they safe to use with the TomTom? ...

My 910 has started resetting itself whilst in use - quite often.

Also, the automatic day to night mode no longer works.

I have the latest software installed etc.

Any ideas?

I'm just up the road and our electronics factory is in Nuneaton. If you can come around we can pop it open and solder in no problem.

does anyone know when the update/fix is due.

i can't get the tomtom website support to work, keeps asking for an email (already filled in).

the most annoying thing about the tmc is that occaisionaly (twice in 2 months), it has worked brilliantly.

yesterday, on the way home from work, it picked up the signal almost immediately, held it ...

i agree - i'm in the same position.

i guess from the resellers perpective, the device is not faulty, just inherently crap.

i had a feeling this would be the case - tomtom need to resolve this, you can't really blame the resellers.

Well the TMC discussions have all gone very quiet, very limited availability, can any of the existing TMC owners/beta testers say if they are happy with the service or not.

I've only just got the new mount (today) and haven't used it yet. I'm hoping that that will help - maybe it kept disconnecting with the old mount.

I'm having the same problem - used it for about a week now, 3 hours a day, and only once has it worked. To be honest I am on the verge of returning it.
