I'm only turning off the 'tomtom poi's' so I leave the pocket gps world camera database and other poi's I've added as is.

so they still beep.

I have a legal copy of tomtom and a x50v, and I have this problem! no probs if I turn off the inbulit poi's.

so legal copies don't work!

I have a x50v and I also can confirm that if you turn off the poi's it won't crash. I didn't have too many problems with it crashing while driving, but if I left the installed poi's ticked when lookin ...

as long as the + /- are the right way round on the dc plug, it just goes into a 12v feed in my car loom

odd that I have my adaptor just blows fuses in the car.

I do have a hardwire cable in the which is where i use the mount and I have no roblems with that at all.

Am I right in thinking that the SAT LED should blink when its locked on to a Sat?
