I haven't heard from them in regards to the flash problem I had and the need to put the unit in "boot" mode.

Unfortunately, I tried shorting the pins that are mentioned in that post but nothing happens. There must be another step in this procedure that is not mentioned.

My XT mode is hosed from a flash attempt that failed 24% into it. I need to get the clip on into boot mode so that SirFlash can reflash the unit. I don't know how to force it into "Boot mode". Any hel ...

Here's what I got from the log file created:

One SST SST39VF800 chip will be programmed
0% transferred, 0% programmed
1% transferred, 0% programmed
1% transferred, 1% programmed
1% transferred, ...
