Try installing the drivers for the WiFi card as I believe they also install a driver for the memory access part of the card across the SDIO bus.

There's an audio patch available for the Mio 168 http://www.mio-tech.be/downloads/default.asp

Don't install it on the Medion version as it causes the machine to hang especialy during a soft reset ...
