It also lists that the 'Central London Congestion Charge' is only in effect for 7am to 7pm Mon to Fri.And that's WRONG!!!

One cheaper option for this is if you are driving at night, you can put an Android device with GPS on the dash running something like Ulysee Speedometer in HUD mode and it shows you your speed ;)
