The purpose of 'navigation' software is to navigate you from Point A to point B.Well then the software sucks because it can't even follow a route from one place to another. |

That assumes you need to know where your route begins and ends, and what towns it goes through. You would be better off just driving blindly though the countryside in that case.

Is it possible to use Mapopolis to have it follow a route, like Route 66 or US1? Would it be possible using any kind of software?

Where do you go to into the Mapopolis subscriptions? Can you get it through their website? I would prefer to get the U.S. Navcard, but that's a rare find too.
