- Pull out the battery
- Connect USB cable
- Run the Upgrade a few times - until it eventually cleared the message.

I was having similar problems with te Active10 until I increased the air-gap by adding some insulating tape shims between the cover and the display.

I made a clip using Polymorph plastic. This holds the Active10 at the correct angle and clips into the ventilator slots on any of the four ventilator positions for driver, passenger or shared.
