Could somebody point me in the right direction so I can buy a new car charger for my Garmin Nuvi 300 please.
Original was broken when borrowed to someone else.

In the Favourites / My Locations menu I have a few home address' of friends family etc.
Although when they were entered into my Nuvi the full postcode was used, I can no longer see this when choosing ...

Plug the Nuvi into the computer. It should start to charge.
Wait a few secoonds then open the POI loader.
The computer should now find your Nuvi.

No probs. Only picked up my Nuvi this week. So don't understand too much yet anyway Embarassed

I'm not sure how to make a .ov2 file.
Have just checked on my Nuvi and have the I.D. of the five temp camera's now removed. Is this good enough to be sent in ?

Mmmm..... not sure on the long and lat. Is there an easy way to find these out ?
I think there are four 40 mph camera's been removed due to the end of roadworks.

Also I live a new build home with a couple of roads. These also fail to even show on the maps, and of course the same goes for my postcode.

Seemed to be fully charged already !

I have loaded the POI from this site and tested on a local speed camera. Works fine.

One thing i've found strange though, I searched for local fast food plac ...

Oh ok, it was just an assumption anyway.
I'm about to order a Sandisk SD. Would 1gb be enough for my new Garmin Nuvi 300 ?
I only want it to add POI etc and possibly add Euro maps in future.

I'm not sure which brand to choose but the SD cards run at different speeds. Mate in work uses them for semi-pro SLR camera shoots.
I assume faster cards should be better in a sat nav unit.
