I have just downloaded the aire POI from Camping car Info but when I try to open them I get a pop up that says Windows can not open .Windows needs to know what program created it. Is this usual

When switching on my TomTom One Europe the "GPS signal was lost "comes up and takes round five minutes to find my present location some times more is this usual. ? Regards Tony
