Oldboy supplies his POIs in both formats.
Yes, within each POI zip there are files .ov2 and .csv. The .ov2 file is for the Tom Toms and .csv is for Navman (csv means comma-seperated variable).

it seems to me those apps have been written to only fit on a portrait screen and the way to go would be to force the 530 into portrait mode. How you do that is beyond me.

Just been into CE's CONTROL and edited the DEFAULT sound to EXCLAM. Indeed I do now have Curr0 key.

Opening that key by right-clicking and selecting MODIFY I see:
