Reinstall software?
Clean round under edge of screen with a thin piece of card?
Remove screen protector if fitted?
Does it work in the Home on-screen emulator?

| I exported a map segment (named it Paris) into the same parent folder (default) as the United Kingdom-Ireland map but it does not show up on the menu. Does anyone know why? |
