Bazelk- are you using the correct Mio_transfer_hack?
There are two versions, - one for the CX10 and a unique one for the C250.

No first hand experience but I have three friends with C520t, and it appears to be simpler than for the CX10s.
Mio has changed their new units so at least the C520 can be fully accessed from Window ... |

Hi, no I dont, I connect the mio C510E to the pc using the usb cable and turn it on , all I get is the main menu, as in the photo / settings /mp3 etc page.

I think they are integral to or "welded" into the Teleatlas maps and there is no way to get rid of them. - Unfortunately. |

Yes, this hard reset phenomena appears to be unrelated to the version 3.1 or 3.2.
Unplugging the device before turning it off avoids the problem most of the time. Smells more like an OS or driver ... |

Do you have MIO 3.2?
I had the same problem initially, but I solved it by replacing the MUT.dll with the version that is provided in the MIO3.2 Update software.
