Depends on your type of GPRS connection.
Can you connect to/use the TomTom Weather function?
If you can't use that, either, then it might be your subscription not offering WEB GPRS. |

Check on the DVD itself for a folder named:
"App"
It's where installers are stored. If that isn't on your DVD, then a boo-boo was made somewhere. :-) |

It calls the number listed in the POI, typically. It's only active if your PDA actually has inbuilt phone capabilities, however. |

Perhaps they'll go the way the 5.2xx update went: the installers will contain the separate program data for all supported platforms, and you can either choose which version to install or it will check ... |

Recall that remark. :-)
Contacts Navigation does work on Windows Mobile 5.xx; it's the Navigation application on the 6915 that doesn't have it. |

IIRC (someone feel free to help me, here), there is no Contacts Navigation for Navigator 5 on Windows Mobile 5.xx devices. Something to do with a new version of Outlook. |

Yes.
Like Lutz said, don't use ActiveSync. The TomTom installer and Windows Mobile 5.0 don't work very well together, at the most random moments. :-)

That uses a "standard" carkit, which powers the PDA through a cigarette lighter cable and has an RJ-11 input for the Wired GPS-receiver. |

I would assume that USB-charge capable devices have this built-in, but TT devices don't. The fact that the USB-cable can carry the charge/current is moot if the device can't use it to charge. :-) |

I have yet to see a USB-cable to charge a TomTom product...the USB cable needs to carry 10W (5V@2A) and, naturally, the device itself needs to have the capability to convert the power feed from the US ... |
