I downloaded all his OS and files onto my computer and compared them with mine but ...

The POI files and the sound files go in the map folder.

OK Managed to get it back to the position I was in at the start.

Well I backed it up and deleted everything then did as you said, then reloaded the map back on and what I get now on the TT is:
Select Map.
I select the only one there and then.

Just got a used TomTom XL Live GPS
All seems to be working but
When I try to run TomTom home and 'Operate my device' I get

In all honesty I dont actually know what the problem was.
What I did was delete all speedcams and voices.
reset the TomTom
Reloaded speedcams and voices ...

yes did all that, setup each cam individually with the sound files, I didnt knowingly pass any gatso's but certainly did pass many Mobile points that it didnt warn me of that my 910 does warn m ...

Did a run out with the XL Classic running yesterday.
No Voice alert on speedcams ?
Ive downloaded the latest speedcam database to the W&CE folder and the voices as suggested to the 'Sounds' Fold ...
