i think the point is that it should work solely on battery power as thats how its been designed and meant for that purpose.
How do you power it if you dont have the power lead option, ie bike on foot ...

Thanks Mike, thought that was probably best way to go, but after reading some of the stuff on here about whos running what with what, just ended up blowing my mind as to the best set up

Just go to poi's then double click it and it will give you options on visibility and sound, just increase the distance you want the warning to be
