so lets clear this up.....
on a dell v50v it turns on bt automatically but regardless of clearing route etc it always clears the bt setting on exit.
on a HP4700 it doesn't turn it on automatical ... |

Further note on Bluetooth: It does turn it back on when you go into TomTom!

My upgrade has arrived, and just to confirm it does indeed include the Plus versions of the maps (and the non-Plus to).

Probably because the MRE are integrated with the country maps now?
They are not integrated in to the GB map that comes with the full product.
The 'GB Plus' map has it integrated, which I believe ... |

so its actually worse than the PGPS DB and costs...?
The integration is better obviously, but yes, it's not as good.

Bloxy: you can set it to just pick up POI's (inc speed cameras) on your route, so there aren't any false alarms... but I wouldn't because some of the PGPS database cam positions aren't that accurate a ... |

sounds good, does it tell you the road speed limit and current speed, if so this would be great as sometimes its hard to tell the speed limits.

Does the TomTom version recognise your direction of travel, (ie. does it only warn you of cameras that are pointing in your direction and not give false alarms for ones on the other side of the road) ... |

It's not smooth plastic though, so it sits nicely on my dashboard and doesn't slip around.
