Journey times seem pretty good to me - obviously it can have trouble with local conditions. It does seem to add about 5 mins if I route to somewhere up a track rather than on a main road.
:D Just exchanged my 910 at Dixons, which was crashing when using the Home 'My Go 910' application - now works perfectly so I can definately confirm it is the unit at fault.
The only thing I see different is under the Planning heading on the left I get "My GO 910" whereas your screen shot depicts "My Device" - I don't get an option to re-name the device when I click the " ...
