Appraently the latest software is proving difficult to work on the older plug in units where the Memory is only 4Gb. It seems people are only successfully updating when they have the 8GB version.

I've got Western Europe too but it's not installed at the moment, just the UK one to keep storage space down!
It's not a bad app, and at £29.99 for WE maps it's a good deal!

| I went for the Western Europe Primo as it was only £29.99. Seemed to be cheap enough to just go for it, as I know I will definitely need France in the future. |
